Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you don’t love your jewelry, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible, you must request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date, as indicated on the tracking number. After receiving return authorization and instructions, you must ship the package within the following week. Item(s) must be unworn, in like new condition, and with its original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number for authorization and instructions. Item(s) sent back to us without receiving the appropriate instructions may result in a longer process or fees.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. On average, banks/credit card companies take 3-5 days to post the refund to your account.
Custom jewelry that is uniquely designed or engraved for you is not returnable. There are no returns for sale/clearance products (discount codes used on regular priced items, and discounted bundles such as a pendant + chain are still eligible for returns).
Exceptions / Notes
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Luxx will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. One exchange or return allowed per original order. Refunds for orders paid via Sezzle are refunded in full excluding the 6% that Sezzle keeps. For international returns, the customer is responsible for any potential duties/import fees. Returns must be shipped to the correct address provided.
