TAXES AND DUTIES

United States: Jewelry prices include taxes and duties. There will be no extra charges at checkout or upon receiving your jewelry.

Canada: There will be no duties as we ship from Canada. Though we legally must charge any applicable sales tax which will be calculated at checkout.

International: We do not charge any tax, however your order may be subject to any applicable import taxes or duties as determined and collected by your local government.

WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a limited Lifetime Warranty which is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime. We guarantee that upon receiving the product, every item is free of material and manufacturing defects. If you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturer defects, the warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. Warranty is voided on user damage issues and does not cover normal jewelry wear and tear, loss, or theft. Warranty is non-transferable. For any problems not covered under the warranty, you will be directed to our repair portal for servicing.
